Conditions of participation and data protection for the FANZONE – Soccerdonna Raffle

Duration of the competition

The duration of the contest is from August 19, 2022, 15:00 hrs to August 23, 2022, 23:59 hrs CET. Within this period, users will have the opportunity to participate.

Participation

The entry period for this is from August 19, 2022, 15:00 hrs to August 23, 2022, 23:59 hrs CET. Entries received after the closing date will not be taken into account. Participation is only possible within the described participation period.

Each participant has only one entry per day. Multiple participation, for example by using different e-mail addresses, is prohibited and will result in exclusion from participation.  

Everyone, who abided to the mechanics and the deadline of participation, in relation to the respective Instagram post/story, will take part in the raffle. The participation through third parties, for example lottery agencies, is ruled out. Only a single participation per person and per raffle is allowed. In case of multiple registrations, a participant can be excluded from the raffle.

The raffle is in no way connected to Instagram and Facebook and is not sponsored, advertised or controlled by Facebook. Correspondingly, neither Instagram nor Facebook are available as a contact partner regarding the raffle and the participant cannot constitute any claims towards Facebook.

Eligible participants

All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are eligible to participate. 

Participation via sweepstakes clubs as well as automated services is excluded. Employees of FANZONE Media GmbH as well as their relatives are not eligible to win.

Winning, notification and transmission of the prize

The prizes are different items from FANZONE Media GmbH. There will be multiple winners for the raffle. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be replaced.

The winners will be determined after the closing date by means of a random draw among all participants.

The winners will be picked randomly, according to the mechanics of participation described below the post, and will be noticed through an Instagram comment and a private message.

The winners will be announced through a comment under the respective post of the jersey raffle within 7 days after the deadline. The transfer of the prizes will happen if the winners sends his/her real first and last name within 7 days of the confirmation of the win through a private message on Instagram. If wrong personal data gets transmitted, the participant can be excluded from the prize game. Otherwise, FANZONE Media GmbH are entitled to choose a new winner.

To claim the Prize a registration and creation of an account at https://www.fanzone.io/ or use of the Fanzone App (downloadable from the App Store or Google Play) is required.

The delivery of the prize will be made exclusively to the winner. An exchange as well as a cash payment of the profit are not possible. The legal process is excluded. 

Data protection

The transmitted personal data, which is needed for the execution of the raffle, will only be used for this cause.

Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him, in particular name and e-mail address, are true and correct.

The winner agrees with the publication of his name on the internet pages or social media of FANZONE Media GmbH. Personal data such as name, address or e-mail address will be collected and processed by FANZONE Media GmbH exclusively within the framework and for the purpose of determining winners and for sending the prizes. These data are treated strictly confidentially and are not passed on to third parties.  

The participant may revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details provided in the imprint area of the competition. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.

Otherwise, the general data protection regulations & terms of FANZONE Media GmbH apply.

If these conditions of participation are violated, FANZONE Media GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from the raffle (also without giving any reasons).
