Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of revocation in accordance with the statutory provisions. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Fanzone Media GmbH, Monbijouplatz 5, 10178 Berlin, Berlin, e-mail: email@example.com , by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the linked model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (eg by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such revocation.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including all delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not on a physical data carrier if we have begun executing the contract after you have expressly agreed that the entrepreneur begins executing the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal through your agreement with the beginning of the execution of the contract (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
